The Water-Oak Circle of Sports was organized in 1977 by a group of Watertown/Oakville sportsmen. The purpose of our nonprofit charity is to honor a one-time Watertown-Oakville resident student or supporter (male or female) dedicated to the highest ideals of sportsmanship, and who has contributed to the betterment of sports regardless of race, color or creed. In recent years the Water-Oak Circle of Sports has expanded its awards by promoting and awarding over $873,000 scholarships to talented and deserving high school scholar-athletes going on to college.
We have also undertaken a number of projects to improve Watertown’s athletic facilities.
